Please read these Terms carefully. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. Scope
These Terms govern access to and use of kansascityaio.com (the “Site”). The Site provides information about Kansas City AIO, its people, insights, software development capabilities, and consulting services. The Site itself is not a hosted analytics product, customer dashboard, subscription service, or measurement tool.
Any consulting, software development, audit, advisory, or other professional engagement is governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, order form, or written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding paid work, the separate agreement controls.
2. Informational content
Site content is provided for general informational and business purposes. It does not constitute legal, accounting, security, financial, or other regulated professional advice. Search systems, AI models, analytics platforms, standards, and industry practices change frequently. You should independently evaluate information before relying on it.
3. Permitted use
You may access and use the Site for lawful business and informational purposes. You may not disrupt the Site, introduce malicious code, bypass security controls, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, use automated access in a manner that materially burdens the Site, misrepresent affiliation with Kansas City AIO, or use the Site to violate law or another person’s rights.
4. Inquiries and communications
The contact form sends your inquiry to Kansas City AIO by email through a server-side relay. Sending an inquiry does not create a client, fiduciary, confidential, or other professional relationship. Do not send authentication secrets, payment-card data, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive or regulated information through the Site or ordinary email.
5. Intellectual property
Kansas City AIO and its licensors retain rights in the Site, its original content, branding, design, and related materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant a license to use Kansas City AIO trademarks or branding. You may link to public pages and quote limited portions as permitted by law with appropriate attribution.
6. Third-party sites
The Site links to third-party websites and products. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and security controls. A link does not make Kansas City AIO responsible for a third party’s content or operation.
7. Privacy and measurement
Use of the Site is also subject to the Privacy Notice. The Site measures how it is used with Outcomes by Page and Google Analytics 4, operating under a consent prompt. Optional cookies and persistent identifiers are set only after you allow analytics; limited cookieless measurement may run regardless, as the Privacy Notice describes. You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” control in the Site footer.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Kansas City AIO disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, results, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kansas City AIO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Johnson County, Kansas will have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
11. Changes
Kansas City AIO may update these Terms prospectively. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
